Recent developments in the investigation of the geometry and dynamics of Teichmüller space use input from the theories of Lie group actions, symbolic dynamics, algebraic geometry and differential geometry. Our goal is to bring together researchers representing the different aspects of this area, including a considerable number of young people.

We are planning two lecture series (six hours each) and two workshops (a focused workshop on "Flows on moduli spaces" May 3 - 7, 2010, and a main workshop June 14 - 18, 2010).
